自然时效及预变形对人工时效后Al-Cu-Mg合金力学性能的影响

摘 要: 为研究Al-Cu-Mg合金在热处理工艺中固溶处理后放置于室温下的影响,本文研究了自然时效对人工时效后Al-Cu-Mg合金力学性能的影响。采用不同Cu/Mg比的Al-4Cu-1.6Mg、Al-4Cu-0.6Mg、Al-4Cu-0.3Mg三种合金在经过自然时效5 h和48 h后再进行170℃人工时效,测定其硬度值。结果表明,自然时效5 h与自然时效48 h对随后人工时效的峰值硬度值影响不大;自然时效48 h的Al-4Cu-1.6Mg合金在随后人工时效初期硬度值会下降;Al-4Cu-1.6Mg合金的峰值硬度高于Cu/Mg比更高的合金Al-4Cu-0.6Mg以及Al-4Cu-0.3Mg. 此外,研究了预变形对人工时效后Al-4Cu-1.6Mg合金硬度的影响,预变形量大的合金峰值硬度高,且达到峰值硬度所需的时效时间短。

Title: Effect of natural aging and pre-strain on the mechanical property of artificially aged Al-Cu-Mg alloy

Abstract: In order to investigate the effect of storing at room temperature after solution treatment during the heat treatment process of Al-Cu-Mg alloy, this paper studied the effect of natural aging on the mechanical properties of Al-Cu-Mg alloy after artificial aging. Al-4Cu-1.6Mg, Al-4Cu-0.6Mg and Al-4Cu-0.3Mg alloys with different Cu/Mg ratio were artificially aged at 170℃ after natural aging for 5 h and 48 h to determine their hardness values. The results showed that there was no obvious difference of the peak hardness between the alloys natural aging for 5 h and 48 h. The hardness of Al-4Cu-1.6Mg alloy decreased at the initial stage of the artificial aging after natural aging for 48 h. The peak hardness of Al-4Cu-1.6Mg alloy was higher than that of Al-4Cu-0.6Mg and Al-4Cu-0.3Mg alloy with the higher Cu/Mg ratio. Besides, it was also studied the effect of the pre-strain on the hardness of artificially aged Al-4Cu-1.6Mg alloy. It was found that the peak hardness of the alloy with larger deformation was higher, and the time to reach to the peak hardness was also shortened.
