多氟芳烃官能团化羟吲哚的合成

摘 要: 利用钯催化烯烃串联的胺甲酰氯与多氟芳烃的串联环化反应,实现了多种多氟芳烃官能团化羟吲哚类化合物的合成,并通过对不同反应条件的筛选得出最优反应条件。此外,底物范围探索表明反应具有较好的底物适应性和官能团兼容性,并以25%~91%的产率合成出多种多氟芳烃官能团化羟吲哚。此合成方法的发展为多氟芳烃官能团化羟吲哚的合成提供了新的思路和方法。

Title: Synthesis of polyfluoroarene-containing oxindoles

Abstract: A palladium-catalyzed tandem cyclization of alkene-tethered carbamoyl chlorides with polyfluoroarenes was presented, which provided a new way to synthesize various polyfluoroarene- containing oxindoles. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained by screening various reaction conditions. Substrate scope exploration indicated that this reaction had good substrate adaptability and functional group compatibility, and a variety of polyfluoroarene-containing oxindoles were synthesized with 25%-91% yield. The development of this synthesis methodology provides a new idea and method for the synthesis of polyfluoroarene-containing oxindoles.
