地下综合管廊钢支墩形式及性能研究

摘 要: 在国家新的政策需求下,以厦门机场综合管廊建设为背景,介绍了综合管廊支墩的低碳设计和可调节式设计。选取钢结构作为本次支墩的结构形式,当钢结构到达使用寿命时,钢材可进行回收,回炉后重新使用,满足国家可持续发展的战略需求。构建了钢支墩体系,并采用实体板单元有限元分析对几种形式的钢支墩进行设计和计算,查看各个体系在荷载作用下的结构应力、变形、整体稳定性的变化。研究结果表明,综合管廊钢支墩结构性能良好,既能满足结构的静力性能要求,又能满足动力荷载作用下的动力性能需求。另外发现,钢结构的结构体系与板厚有一定匹配关系,合理的选取板材厚度可实现整个支墩体系的结构性能最优化。

Title: Form and performance of steel buttress for underground comprehensive pipe gallery

Abstract: Based on the construction of comprehensive pipe gallery in Xiamen airport, the low-carbon design and adjustable design of the comprehensive pipe gallery buttress are introduced under the new national policy requirements. The steel structure is chosen as the structural form of the buttress. When the steel structure reaches its service life, the steel can be recycled and reused, which can meet the strategic needs of the national sustainable development. The steel buttress system is constructed, and solid plate element finite element analysis is used to design and calculate several types of steel buttresses to check the changes of structural stress, deformation and overall stability of each system under load. The results show that the performance of the steel buttress structure of the comprehensive pipe gallery is good, which can meet both the static performance requirements of the structure and the dynamic performance requirements under dynamic load. In addition, it is found that there is a matching relationship between the structural system of the steel structure and the thickness of the slab, and the reasonable thickness of the slab can optimize the structural performance of the whole buttress system.
