接种枯草芽孢杆菌对沼渣好氧堆肥的性能强化

摘 要: 针对沼渣堆肥因含有木质纤维素而导致堆肥时间过长、腐熟不充分等问题,实验研究了纤维素酶高产菌株枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis Z2不同接种量(0,0.5%,1.5%,3.0%和5.0%)对沼渣好氧堆肥特性的影响。结果表明:与自然堆肥相比,接种Bacillus subtilis Z2加快木质纤维素降解,降低了堆体pH值,同时使腐殖化过程增强,腐熟性能提高。当接种量为3.0%时,纤维素、半纤维素和木质素去除率及成品堆肥的种子发芽率(germination index,GI)值最高,与对照组(CK)相比分别提高了73.08%,28.02%,26.55%,31.05%,其余腐熟指标也均优于其他组,但对腐殖酸(humic acid,HA)的生成无明显促进作用。当接种量为0.5%时,成品堆肥的HA含量最高,与CK相比提高了32.14%,有效促进了碳的腐殖化,提高了堆肥产品质量。

Title: Enhancement of aerobic composting performance of biogas residue through inoculation of Bacillus subtilis Z2

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of long composting period and insufficient maturity caused by lignocellulose in biogas residue, the effects of different inoculation amounts of cellulose-producing strain Bacillus subtilis Z2 (0, 0.5%, 1.5%, 3.0%, 5.0%) on the composting characteristics of biogas residue were studied. The results showed that the composting inoculated with Bacillus subtilis Z2 accelerated lignocellulose degradation as compared with natural composting, and the pH of residue was decreased. Meanwhile, the humification was enhanced and the maturity performance was improved. When the inoculation amount was 3.0%, the removal rates of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin and the GI value of finished product of compost were the highest, which were increased by 73.08%, 28.02%, 26.55%, 31.05% respectively compared with the control group (CK). The other maturity indexes were also better than those of other testing groups. However, the formation of humic acid (HA) wasn’t significantly promoted. When the inoculation amount was 0.5%, the HA content of the finished product of the compost, with the increase of 32.14%, was the highest compared with the CK, which effectively promoted the humification of carbon and improved the composting quality.
