福建省典型流域河流生态流量计算的水文学方法比较研究

摘 要: 为分析适合于福建省河流特点的生态流量计算方法,以西溪流域安溪水文站为例,选取9种水文学方法,分别计算河流生态流量及其生态流量的年、月、日保障程度。结果表明:1)9种水文学方法计算的生态流量结果差异较大,7Q10法计算结果最小,其年平均生态流量为9.08 m3/s,最大的是逐月频率计算法,为70.29 m3/s,相差7.7倍;2)9种水文学方法计算的生态流量的年、月、日保障程度差异较大,年保障率普遍较高,月次之,日最小;3)结合水文节律和生态流量保障程度综合分析,流量历时曲线法和频率曲线法是西溪流域河流生态流量计算的适合方法,年生态流量分别为23.53 m3/s和28.24 m3/s。

Title: A comparative study of hydrological methods for calculating river ecological flow in a typical river basin in Fujian province

Abstract: In order to analyze the suitable calculation method for the determination of river ecological flow in the area of Fujian province, the Anxi Hydrological Station in the Xixi basin was took as an example. Nine hydrological methods were selected to calculate the river ecological flow and its annual, monthly and daily guarantee degrees. Results showed: 1) The results of ecological flow calculated by the 9 hydrological methods were quite different. The result of 7Q10 method was the smallest, and its annual average ecological discharge was 9.08 m3/s. The largest one, 70.29 m3/s, was by the method of monthly frequency. The difference was 7.7 times. 2) The annual, monthly, and daily guarantee degrees of ecological flow calculated by the 9 hydrological methods were also quite different. The annual guarantee rates were generally higher, followed by the monthly guarantee degree, and the smallest was daily guarantee rate. 3) Based on the comprehensive analysis of hydrological rhythm and guarantee degree of ecological flow, the flow duration curve method and frequency curve method were suitable methods for the calculation of the ecological flow in the Xixi basin. The annual ecological flow were 23.53 m3/s and 28.24 m3/s respectively.
