甲胺溴化铅钙钛矿水凝胶合成及低温稳定性研究

摘 要: | 本研究基于水相法制备出CH3NH3PbBr3量子点(quantum dots,QDs)水凝胶,优化研究条件发现在质量分数为5.0%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和质量分数为1.0%的聚乙烯醇(PVA)用量下,PVA/PVP-CH3NH3PbBr3 QDs水凝胶的荧光寿命为366 ns,光致发光量子效率(photoluminescence quantum yield,PLQY)达52%,并探究了此种钙钛矿水凝胶在低温条件下的稳定性,为钙钛矿的低温传感提供了研究思路。 |

Abstract: | In this study, CH3NH3PbBr3 quantum dots (QDs) hydrogel was prepared by the aqueous phase method. After optimizing the research conditions, it was found that under the dosage of 5.0% (mass fraction) polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) and 1.0% (mass fraction) polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), the fluorescence lifetime of PVA/PVP-CH3NH3PbBr3 QDs hydrogel was 366 ns, and that the photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) reached 52%. The stability of the perovskite hydrogel at low temperature was investigated, which provided research approaches for the low temperature sensing of perovskite. |
