陕西省农产品冷链物流断链风险管控

摘 要: 研究以陕西省农产品冷链物流的发展现状为出发点,针对其断链的风险因素进行具体的分析,运用内容分析法对农产品冷链物流的断链风险因素进行了识别和筛选;由专家打分法确定了各个风险指标因素之间的重要程度,并进行评分汇总,建立了风险指标矩阵,同时运用层次分析法计算出一级风险指标及二级风险指标的权重;最后运用模糊综合评价法对风险指标进行评估,获得陕西省农产品冷链物流断链风险评估结果。结果表明,陕西省农产品冷链物流的断链风险处于较高水平,通过对农产品冷链物流断链风险的分析,明确各个风险因素之间的因果关系,将会进一步指出,农产品冷链物流在实现全程冷链过程中所出现的问题,进而对出现断链做出一定的预测和规避。

Abstract: Based on the current situation of the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Shaanxi province, this paper made a concrete analysis of the risk factors of chain break. It used the content analysis method to identify and screen the risk factors of the cold chain logistics of agricultural products. The importance between the various risk index factors was determined by expert scoring method, and the risk index matrix was established through rating summary. The weight of the first-level risk index and the second-level risk index was calculated by analytic hierarchy process, and the risk index was evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results of the risk assessment of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Shaanxi province were obtained. The results show that the risk of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Shaanxi province is at a high level. Through the analysis of the risk of broken chain of cold chain logistics of agricultural products, it will further guide the cause and effect relationship between the various risk factors, which will further point out the problems that arise in the process of realizing the whole cold chain of agricultural products, and then make certain predictions and avoid the emergence of chain break.
