吸油烟机异常噪声分析及研究

摘 要: 某油烟机工作在常用转速下会出现“嗡嗡”异常噪声,在半消声室进行了噪声测量及频谱分析,结果证明该异常噪声是由结构共振导致。本文通过升速振动测试、模态仿真计算及实验模态测试,确定了“嗡嗡”异常噪声是由风机系统扭转模态与电机齿槽转矩激振力吻合产生共振导致的。最后分析了影响扭转振型频率的影响因素,提出了提高共振频率以避免油烟机异常噪声的解决方案,并通过样机实验进行了结果验证。

Abstract: Abnormal noise is audible at certain speed for a cooker hood during normal operation. Noise measurement and spectrum analysis were performed in semi-anechoic room. It was verified that the subjective noise was caused by structural resonance. Based on run-up test, modal simulation analysis and experimental modal analysis, it has been identified that the abnormal noise is caused by resonance generated from coincidence of torsional mode of blower system and exciting force of motor cogging torque. Further analysis was performed on influence factors of torsional mode and frequency. Solution is given to increase the torsional frequency to avoid subjective noise. Prototypes are made to verify the proposed solution.
