基于均衡认知负荷理论的VR数字博物馆界面设计方法研究

摘 要: 文章从认知心理学角度出发,首先分析了现有VR数字博物馆中的认知负荷问题,由于空间信息量大、交互方式单一等,用户容易出现认知负荷超载或不足的情况。其次,通过用户体验与访谈统计的方法,依据认知负荷因果模型,从评价维度分析归纳了认知、任务、体验三个方面的VR数字博物馆中认知负荷问题,并通过频次统计筛选出较为常见的18个因素,确定每个因素对应的认知负荷类型,并且通过Paas量表评分确定每个因素的认知负荷高低情况。最后,依据均衡认知负荷理论,提出了信息层次化设计、多通道信息输入、自然交互原则、增强引导、减少疲劳、主题性与游戏化设计共7条VR数字博物馆界面设计的原则。

Abstract: From the perspective of cognitive psychology, this paper first analyzed the cognitive load problem in existing VR digital museums, which was prone to cognitive overload or deficiency due to the large amount of spatial information and single interaction mode. Secondly, through the methods of user experience and interview statistics, the cognitive load problem of cognition, task and experience in the VR digital museum was analyzed and summarized from the evaluation dimension, according to the causal model of cognitive load, and the more common eighteen factors were screened out through frequency statistics, the corresponding cognitive load type of each factor was determined, and the cognitive load of each factor was determined by Paas scale score. Finally, according to the theory of balanced cognitive load, seven principles of VR digital museum interface design were proposed, including hierarchical information design, multi-channel information input, natural interaction principle, enhanced guidance, fatigue reduction, thematic design, and gamification design.
