Angiopoietin-2在肿瘤疾病中的研究进展

| 摘 要： | 本研究通过查阅国内外文献，阐述了血管生成素2（angiopoietin-2，Ang2）在肿瘤疾病的发生、转移、治疗中的生物学作用及其临床运用，基于Ang2与肿瘤疾病的关系探究了抗Ang2特异性抑制剂作为抗肿瘤药物的开发潜能。最后对抗Ang2特异性抑制剂在肿瘤疾病治疗中的开发提出展望。本综述通过介绍Ang2在肿瘤疾病中的研究进展，以期帮助更多研究者认识和理解Ang2与肿瘤疾病之间的联系。 |

| Abstract： | In this study, the biological role and clinical application of angiopoietin-2 (Ang2) in the occurrence, metastasis, and treatment of tumor diseases were described by reviewing domestic and foreign literature. Based on the relationship between Ang2 and tumor diseases, the potential of anti-Ang2 specific inhibitors as anti-tumor drugs was explored. Finally, the prospects for the development of anti-Ang2-specific inhibitors in the treatment of tumor diseases were proposed. This review introduces the research progress of Ang2 in tumor diseases, to help more researchers to understand the relationship between Ang2 and tumor diseases. |
