中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的Meta分析

| 摘 要： | 目的：中西药联合在治疗支气管哮喘急性发作中的系统评价和Meta分析。方法：全面检索知网（CNKI）、维普（VIP）、万方、中国生物医学文献数据系统、PubMed数据库，提取中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的随机对照文献，检索时间范围从2017年1月1日至2022年10月23日。选择Endnote软件提取符合纳入标准的随机对照试验（randomized controlled trial，RCT），使用Cochrane5.1.0手册中的偏倚风险评估工具，对纳入的文献进行质量评价，利用Review Manager 5.3软件分析数据。结果：最终纳入22项RCT，共1 888例研究对象，观察纳入的22篇文献的有效性，并提取出有效的数据。结论：中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效较为明显、不良反应发生情况较少，在提高疗效率、改善病情方面具有明显优势，为进一步开展更高质量RCT研究提供了依据。 |

| Abstract： | Objective: A systematic evaluation and Meta-analysis of the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the therapeutic method of acute attacks of bronchial asthma. Methods: CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, China Biomedical Literature Service Data System, and PubMed database were comprehensively searched to extract randomized controlled literature on the treatment of acute bronchial asthma with combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine from January 1, 2017 to October 23, 2022. Endnote software was selected to extract RCTs that meeted the inclusion criteria, the bias risk assessment tool in the Cochrane 5.1.0 manual was used to evaluate the quality of the included literature, and Review Manager 5.3 software was used to analyze the data. Result: In the end, 22 RCTs were included with a total of 1888 study subjects. The effectiveness of the 22 included literature was observed and effective data was extracted. Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating acute attacks of bronchial asthma is relatively obvious, with fewer adverse reactions. It has significant advantages in improving treatment efficiency and improving the condition and provides a basis for further high-quality RCT research. |
