威布尔分布参数估计在Excel中的实现方法研究

| 摘 要： | 三参数威布尔分布的参数估计比较复杂，大多数估计方法都需要编程计算。推导了相关系数优化法求解三参数威布尔分布位置参数的公式，并利用Ms Excel强大的规划求解功能对该公式进行求解，实现了位置参数估计的非编程求解，同时利用图表功能实现了形状参数和尺度参数的非编程求解。实例证明该法方便、快捷，可以满足估计精度。 |

| Abstract： | The parameter estimation of 3-parameter Weibull distribution is very complicated, and most estimation methods need programming calculation. This paper derives the formula of solving the location parameter of 3-parameter Weibull distribution by relative coefficient optimization method and uses the powerful programming solver of Ms Excel to solve the formula, thus it realizes the non-programming solution of location parameter estimation. Meanwhile, it achieves the non-programming solution of shape parameter and scale parameter by using the chart features. Examples prove that the method is easily accessible and efficient, and can meet the estimation precision. |
