燃料电池系统在线状态监测与故障诊断研究

摘 要: 分析质子交换膜燃料电池(proton exchange membrane fuel cell, PEMFC)系统的结构和工作原理,分别给出基于双控制器局域网(controller area network, CAN)的燃料电池单片电压巡检系统和基于电化学阻抗谱(electroclemical impedance spectroscopy, EIS)的单片内阻在线检测系统的实现方案。针对燃料电池的结构特点和多传感器特性,提出并详细论述基于分布式神经网络的故障诊断方法,有效地简化了燃料电池系统故障诊断过程,改善了故障诊断的实时性,并提高了燃料电池系统工作的稳定性和可靠性。

Abstract: By analyzing the structure and working principles of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) system, the paper presents two feasible schemes of a fuel cell voltage monitoring system based on double�control area network(double�CAN) network and an online fuel cell impedance measurement system based on electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), respectively. In consideration of the structural and multi�sensor characteristics of the PEMFC system, a fault diagnosis method based on distributed neural network was proposed and further elaborated, which proved to simplify the process of the fault diagnosis and improve its real�time performance, as well as better the PEMFC system�s working stability and reliability.
