长三角地区农村居民收入与消费支出差异实证研究

| 摘 要： | 以2008年长江三角洲地区农村居民人均纯收入和生活消费支出及其结构为研究对象，首先通过因子分析，得出该地区16个城市在7项指标上的因子得分及城市排名；再运用K-Means聚类分析，将长三角地区分为3个层次，分析农村居民人均纯收入与消费支出及其结构的差异性。在此基础上针对不同经济发展水平地区，提出了增加农民收入、提升农村居民消费水平、优化农村消费结构、完善农村社会保障制度等对策建议。 |

| Abstract： | This paper examines the per-capita net income, consumer expenditure and its structure of rural residents in the Yangtze River Delta in 2008. Firstly, the paper calculated the factor scores in the 7 indexes and ranked the 16 cities using the method of factor analysis; then the cities of the Yangtze River Delta was divided into 3 levels using the method of K-Means cluster analysis, and the differences of the per-capita net income, consumer expenditure and its structure of rural residents were analyzed. On these basis, for the level of economic development in different areas, some suggestions were raised to increase the income of farmers, develop consumer markets in rural areas, optimize structure of rural consumption and improve the social security system, etc. |
