企业自备车过轨直达运输组织优化运行研究

摘 要: | 针对企业自备车过轨运输的特殊性,结合传统装车地车流组织理论,拓展企业过轨站直达运输组织模式,在综合分析自备车过轨站组织直达列车的可能性、合理性及费用参数选择的基础上,构建企业自备车过轨站直达列车开行方案的优化模型。模型以装车地车流组织总费用最小为优化目标,以单股车流组织方案唯一性为约束条件,较好地解决了企业自备车过轨运输组织问题。最后以西北地区延长石油公司自备车过轨运输为案例背景,验证了模型的合理性。 |

Abstract: | According to the particularity of enterprise-owned cars transportation by national railroad, and on account of the traditional railcar blocking theory from loading area, we expand the modes for enterprise-owned cars direct transport by rail. On the basis of analyzing the possibility and rationality of operating direct trains for enterprise-owned cars as well as studying the cost parameters, we construct the optimal model for the enterprise-owned cars’ blocking plan. For the target of minimizing the total cost for operating enterprise-owned cars from loading area, and regarding of the uniqueness of single shipment’s blocking plan as constraint, the model can well solve the enterprise-owned cars blocking problem. Finally, in order to verify the rationality of the model, we give the solution for the Yanchang petroleum enterprise-owned cars transportation by rail. |
