漂浮式烘箱风嘴风速研究

摘 要: 通过对市面上现行漂浮式烘箱风嘴进行风速实验,分析比较上下风嘴横纵向风速与频率的关系及上下风嘴横纵向风速的特点。结果表明,目前市面上的漂浮式烘箱,随着频率的增加,风速呈非线性增加,纵向变化趋势比横向平缓,正常涂布风速为9~14 m/s,此次风速实验证明了漂浮式烘箱可满足干燥极片的生产要求。风嘴风速的研究为漂浮式烘箱在涂布机中的应用提供了技术依据。

Title: Study on the tuyere wind speed of the floating oven

Abstract: In this paper, the relationship between the longitudinal and transverse wind speeds of the upper and lower tuyeres with frequency is analyzed and compared by the wind speed experiment of the floating oven in the market. The longitudinal and transverse wind speed characteristics of the upper and lower tuyere are also analyzed and compared. The results show that wind speed of the current market floating oven increases nonlinearly with the increase of frequency. The longitudinal wind speed changes more slowly than the transverse wind speed. The normal wind speed is 9-14 m/s. The wind speed experiment proves that the floating oven can meet the production requirements of the drying pole piece. The research on the wind speed of the floating oven provides the technical basis for the application of the floating oven in the coating machine.
