作业条件分析在矿山危险评价中的应用

摘 要: 本文介绍了一种应用矿山生产作业前期对矿山危险进行有效评价的方法。这种方法就是结合作业条件分析方法的快速、便捷及可操作性强等优点的一种改进矿上危险评价的方法。矿山危险评价的任务是辩识系统存在的危险性,确定危险性转化事故的条件,评价危险性对系统安全影响的大小,确定消除或控制风险的措施,并通过危险的程度分析确定出控制的重点,故障类型和影响分析,逐步实现向事前预防性安全管理转变。

Abstract: In this paper, the method of LEC is introduced to the Colliery Risk Assessment which combines the method to optimize it. The task of the Colliery Risk Assessment is to identify the hazards which exist in the system, confirm the condition of the dangerous how to convert to accident, assess the risk to affect the safety of the system, make sure to eliminate or control the risk and make measurement, and by analyzing the extent of the danger to make out the important place, the type of the fault, and the analysis of the affection, step by step to come true the mode of beforehand preventive safety management.
