基于B/S架构的招商评估系统设计与实现

| 摘 要： | 在总结和介绍国内外招商评估方面研究成果的基础上，以临港工业开发区招商为背景，开发了一套有实际应用背景的评估体系。该系统包括评价体系指标的选择、评价系统模型数据库的建立、面向对象编码等功能模块。系统基于Browser/Server（B/S）架构，采用ASP�NET技术，创新地采用层次分析法并以生长型神经网络后期调整其权重，提高了算法的性能，改善了系统的可用性，提高了投资项目的回报率。 |

| Abstract： | This paper developed a set of appraisal system for the local governments on the basis of the domestic and foreign investment research results, taking Lingang industrial development zone investment as background. This system included the evaluation system indicator selection, evaluation system model database construction, object-oriented coding, etc. The system adopted ASP. NET technology based on Browser/Server（B/S） architecture. The system adopted analytic hierarchy process, and adjusted the weights using growth type neural network. Comparing with traditional manual system, this system improved the availability and investment return rate. |
